An ideal workout to start your day. Using lighter weights, performing the moves twice for 40 second intervals. Perfect for toning the muscles, and building strength for tougher workouts.
Tricep supersets – tricep scarecrow and kickback; abs with hip taps and Russian twist; bicep supersets – hammer curls and alternate curls; abs with jack knife and suitcase; shoulder supersets with side raise and parallel lift, finishing off with another 2 exercises for the abs.
