Thursday 2nd afternoon workout – HIIT cardio workout

My Thursday afternoon workout.

Jump rope combo, butt kick combos, high knee combos, sprints, speed jacks, jab jack, high knee jumping jack, pike butt kicks, side kicks, kickboxing circuit, plank circuits, superman swimmers, squat jacks, jumping lunges, ski jumps, and snow board jumps – now that’s a workout.

20 different exercises performed in 5 circuits, three times, for 30 second intervals.

Fun and energetic, with moves that are easy to modify.
