Monday 13th morning workout -full body beginner and advanced workout

My Monday morning workout has been designed for all fitness levels, with a variety of modifications to choose from, it’s a perfect way to start the week.

Sit-ups with Russian twists, glute bridges, chest fly, plank saw, single leg bridge, walk off push-ups, oval sit-ups, tap lunges, skull crushers, oblique crunch, bird dog row with leg lifts.

The 40 second intervals has you going between core, lower body, then upper body; giving the different body areas a rest.

You can use a variety of dumbbells to increase intensity. 🙂
