Tuesday 14th morning workout – full body bodyweight workout

Inch worms, forearm knee to elbow, push-ups, side jack knife, thigh lift, glute bridge, single leg jack knife, pike leg lift, bear crawls, frog lifts frog sit-ups, plus more.

To mix it up, the third  round I added some of my favourite cardio moves instead of all the body weight exercises to get the heart rate up.

30 second intervals, 2 rounds of each exercise.

A great way to tone and strengthen the body without using weights.
