Monday 10th morning workout – 40 minute strength circuit

Monday starts off with a 40 minute strength circuit workout, designed for those that easily get bored with repetitive exercises.

There is 3 rounds of lower body exercises, followed by 3 rounds of upper body exercises, and so on. This workout targets all the leg muscles, back, biceps, triceps, shoulders and chest; with a few ab exercises thrown in.

45 seconds of workout, 15 seconds of rest.
