My Waitangi Day workout focuses on building strength in the arms and shoulders.
Every circuit is 3 minutes, alternating between the left and right side of the arms – in a ladder format. So, the right side does 2 reps, then the left does 3 reps, right side does 4 reps and so on.
Aiming to do as many reps as possible in 3 minutes.
