Tone, sculpt and work up a sweat in this cardio and sculpting workout instructed by Tara Lyn Emerson.
This instructor is quite inspiring. Tara has neuromuscular dystrophy in her calves and feet, despite that she still works out and build strength, even in the areas in which she is ‘technically’ considered disabled.
#NoExcuses
The first section of the workout has 3 rounds of 5 cardio and sculpting moves for 50 second intervals.
Followed by the all out cardio section of 2 exercises for 5 minutes straight.
The last section has 3 core moves, 30 seconds each, for 2 rounds.
