Tuesday 12th morning workout – cardio and strength conditioning

My Tuesday morning workout is a 30 minute cardio and strength conditioning with no equipment workout.

The workout is designed with a range of cardio and bodyweight strength intervals. The the beat in the music ‘drops’ in the song, that signals the hardest move is up – Be Prepared. 🙂 Created by trainer, Breann Mitchell.

Push-ups, burpees, diamond jumps, fast feet, box jumps and loads more.
