Starting the week off targeting my glutes in a 40 minute Butt Builder

Building a stronger butt not only looks good, it helps prevent back pain and injury to other parts of the body.

So, join me in Building that Butt. 🙂


The circuits are repeated 3 times for 45 second intervals. With moves having heavy weights, to using your own body weight or mini band.
