Monday 4th morning workout – 30 minute compound workout

My week starts off with a 30 minute compound workout.

1 minute per exercise, with no exercises repeated. Targets the entire body, with main emphasis being on the legs and shoulders. Compound exercises also target the abs, biceps, triceps, back and chest. With some cardio thrown in.
