Monday 4th workouts – Upper body and abs, and full body HIIT

Starting Monday off with a 30 minute upper body and ab workout, with focus on the chest and back. 40 second strength, 30 second abs and 20 second cardio. Circuits repeated 3 times.

My afternoon workout combines supersets of cardio and strength, with 30 second intervals, 3 rounds per superset.
