Friday 6th workouts – strength and conditioning HIIT

Both my Friday workouts incorporates strength and cardio conditioning, upping the intensity with compound movements, 30 second intervals, and 3 rounds per exercise or circuit.

The 30 minute and 50 minute workouts have a large focus on the shoulder, legs, butt and back. The afternoon workout has 2 strength and 1 cardio exercise per circuit.
