In this Guided Meditation for Relaxation and Pain Relief, I will first take you through a gentle relaxation sequence, just to relax the body and mind, to prepare it for a deeper self-hypnosis.
Then, we will take a journey inward, towards any pain you are holding. Within this meditation, we will train the mind to perceive the pain as a certain colour, shape and texture in order for you to change the way the pain is perceived in the visualization, and utilizing this concept out of the visualization.
During this Guided Meditation for Relaxation and Pain Relief, the relaxed state of the mind is more open to subtle suggestions and images. With practice, you will carry a greater ability to control the way your brain perceives the pain.
