Monday 23rd Morning Workout – Full body circuit training

A bootcamp-style workout combining upper and lower body compound moves, abdominals and cardio. Each circuit has 3 moves performed for 30 second intervals. Ideal for all fitness levels, and the exercises can be done with light to heavy dumbbells.
