How You can Change Social Anxiety with Relaxation.

In this video, I’ll be discussing why relaxation is not only vital for relieving anxiety and stress, relaxation can aid in clearing the mind, opening it up to other possibilities, and improving your ability to manage any situation, including managing and controlling the effects of social anxiety.

Relaxation techniques like meditation, self-hypnosis, visualizations and deep breathing are not just about doing it once and getting instant results. It is about being consistent like any good health program so you anchor and then call upon these images of relaxation in times of stress with less effort.

This is not a quick fix in which you hypnotize yourself to do something. It is about training your brain, or retraining it to think a certain way.
