Thursday 19th Afternoon workout – Cardio Kickboxing

A full hour of cardio, kickboxing, butt and leg work, and rounding the regime out with abdominal exercises.

This workout is perfect for beginners. Works with the HIIT training setup of 30-45 second intervals. Targets the entire body, ideal for training and building cardio endurance.
